I graduated LMU Munich as Master of Arts in education, psychology, and politics in 2008. From 2008 - 2012 I was educated at the Institute Team Rosenkranz as a systemic individual and team coach. Since then I am working as a coach.
My coaching is mainly aimed at board members, managing directors, divisional heads, area managers, senior executives, project managers and founders. I coach in professional as well as private contexts.
I am a passionate manager. For the past three years, I have been the driving force behind Daimler AG's Leadership 2020 initiative. The further development, transformation and continuous improvement of the leadership role was a central task. I have dealt intensively with all facets of leadership. From the responsibility for small expert teams, project teams with several hundred employees to the construction of a department of 40 employees, I experienced a lot. My many years of leadership experience in agile international teams makes me a sympathetic practitioner and an inspiring uproar.
