Everything is changing. As radical and fast as never before. Also the working world.

Analog becomes digital. Lean becomes agile. Command and Control becomes empowerment. Our behavioral patterns from the past are often no longer sufficient to make clear decisions and to radiate security in the volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous present. Those who have been successful leaders to date have had power, the right answers, and fixed goals. The way to success was learned. It did finally worked out the last time.

The calls for a new leadership role have become constant background noise. We all feel that. You certainly too. Those who lead tomorrow give up power, ask the right questions, create connectedness and experiences and support others on their way.

Where subject matter experts sit in management functions today, more and more leadership experts will sit tomorrow.

At the same time, the path to being a leadership expert begins with ourselves. In our personality lies the key to transformation. When we change, we automatically change our environment. As we unleash our potential, we will enable others to unleash their potential.

Supporting people and actively shaping their transformation with joy, curiosity, and sensitivity is my motivation. Transformation for me means such beautiful things as getting in touch with me and my environment. To feel the pain and happiness, get your strength and energy and sometimes take one. Put off masks and be authentic.
The basis of my work as a systemic coach is the assumption that the solution to every challenge lies in you. As an attentive listener and questioner, I accompany you on the way to discover secrets, white spots, and hidden potential.
Through targeted questioning and attentive listening, you will find profound access to your own personality. With much appreciation and self-love, you want to approach strengths and weaknesses. They are in emotional contact with themselves, experience, feel. Discover the beautiful and the ugly truths of your personality as mother, father, daughter, son, etc.
I graduated LMU Munich as Master of Arts in education, psychology, and politics in 2008. From 2008 - 2012 I was educated at the Institute Team Rosenkranz as a systemic individual and team coach. Since then I am working as a coach.
My coaching is mainly aimed at board members, managing directors, divisional heads, area managers, senior executives, project managers and founders. I coach in professional as well as private contexts.
I am a passionate manager. For the past three years, I have been the driving force behind Daimler AG's Leadership 2020 initiative. The further development, transformation and continuous improvement of the leadership role was a central task. I have dealt intensively with all facets of leadership. From the responsibility for small expert teams, project teams with several hundred employees to the construction of a department of 40 employees, I experienced a lot. My many years of leadership experience in agile international teams makes me a sympathetic practitioner and an inspiring uproar.

3 Steps of success

The Leader of tomorrow

Potential is released when we feel we belong. As a leader, this means forming a community, establishing and cultivating rituals.

In an unmanageable world, in which the diffuse means the new clarity, letting go is one of the most essential qualities. Those who trust as leaders take the pressure off themselves and let others grow.

Observing a person's behavior, associating it with a personal feeling and expressing it with a constructive desire is a gift. Tomorrow's executive does not see feedback as a burden but as an honor.

Who listens takes time, is open and likes to be surprised. Listening is like a discovery journey where we search for questions to get unexpected answers.

Balancing the interests and needs of its employees with those of the company is a management task. In the process, instigators become sinners. To be entrepreneurial means to put the person in the center.

Leadership is not black or white. Above all, leadership is in between. Colorful. Strong leadership means depending on the situation and the person to choose a treatment that is appreciative and value-enhancing to equal.

Heart and mind were not a dream couple for many in the past. Far too often they have argued about who is in charge. Who connects heart and mind and moves people.

Leaders who are emotionally present show and reflect emotions, inspire, motivate and advance as a role model.
